Upfront you get a solid hit of lemon on the nose. Initial clean lemon zest on the taste is rounded off by a satisfying sour tang.
Slightly seasoned with flaked sea salt that makes you lick your lips and leaves you thirsty for more!

Keg draught at the Head of Steam, Huddersfield. Light yellow and hazy with a decent little film òf white head. Sharp lemon/lime juice, a little bit muted, some white grape. Taste a little sour but it is gentle. Not a tart beer really. Lots of lemon followed up by a short, watery finish. I mean really short. Carbonation's fairly heavy. Not a lot to it, but there are glimpses of promise.

Can from Asda Supermarket, Manchester. Hazy dishwater-gold with next to no head. Has a fair blast of lemon, which grows in its aftertaste. Some available in aroma. Gentle gose style.

Can from Asda, High Wycombe. Lightly hazed pale yellow with a white head. Sweet lemon sherbet up front, with middling sour apple in the finish. Quite thin, but it's ok.

440ml can. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head. The aroma is big lemon lime. The flavour is moderate sour, with a fresh, light, crisp, lemon citrus, light tart sherbet palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

440ml can from CentrAle. Slightly hazed pale yellow-gold colour, white foam head and aroma of lemon, sherberty. Taste is sour, lemony, with wheat grain, and some lemonade-like sweetness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, drying sour lemony finish. Quite drinkable.

Exactly what it should be. Bright lemon nose, zesty and sharply tart, finishes with saline hit. Bright yellow gold. Effervescent
