This is Divide & Conquer, our fearlessly hop forward New England Pale that's as smooth as it is striking – and never one to be underestimated. Expect dramatic waves of juiciness and a haze that won’t quit. Brace yourself for a charge of Mosaic and Simcoe, delivering notes of pineapple, passionfruit and pine.

Can from the Maypole, Cambridge. Very dark brown, only slightly translucent. Nice creamy beige/tan head on top. Aroma is... strangely muted for a BIPA. Some light grassy hop infused with liquorice. Taste is a different kettle of fish indeed. Strong sweet liquorice, Malteasers, mid 90s European bus station coffee with evaporated milk. A bit more hoppy toward the bitterness-led finish but this beer is admirably reigned in. I’ve had better BIPAs but it’s certainly enjoyable.

BIPA heaven! Pure class.
Black color with a fine beige head. Nice lacing. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium to full body with a smooth nice carbonation. Easy to drink. Solid balance between sweetness and bitterness. Chocolate, grapefruit hoppy, some roast, coffee, pine and tropical fruity. Nice balanced complexity. One more please!

Can 330ml (AbM)
Dark ruby-brown color, good cream beige head and lace. Aroma has licorice and grassyness. Medium-bodied. Quite licorice-coffee toasted backbone, citrusy hoppyness. Well in balance, finish is a bit watery. Classic-style CDA.
