Hazed deep golden and a thick big off white head Moderate intensity in the aroma. Some butterscotch. Very lively carbonated this one. Fizzy mouth feeling Semi dry and a decent bitterness Caramel malty, butter, bread, grapefruit hoppy and herbal flavor. Would have been ok with a better carbonation level and without butter [Bottle from a trade with Yngwie]

330ml bottle, lot 224, 4,7 % abv, from Gulating Ølutsalg in Hamar. Shared with Dag Erik and Leif Ståle. Misty pale amber body under a creamy white head, clingy lacing. Inviting at aroma with dusty hops and scent of grapefruit. Grapefruit flavours joined by bread like malts and a piney twist to a nice bitter tail. Medium bodied. Likable. (Hamar 06.03.2022).

Can from Gulating. Hazy golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is fruity in general with some malt and hint of bread. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, light tropical fruit, hint of grapefruit, some ripe fruit and decent bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. A pretty standard decent APA with fokus on traditional beer flavors. Nothing extraordinary except for the fact that straight forward honestly made APA is pretty rare this days.
