Bottled. Orange colour, small head. Aroma is tart wood and some brett along with mild tartish fruits. Flavour is tart/sour wooden tones with some herbs, grass and nice dry wooden tones. A bit like a little brother to Cantillon/3F standards, but on the way there. Some years of aging or yeast activity and this one will be kicking ass all over!

On tap at the ca' del brado brewpub! After having the baccarossa I had high expectations - this is just as good. Mild acidity, high complexity. Lovely white grape flavour, vinous throughout, with a long finish. Light vanilla, light but beautiful funkiness. A beautiful IGA, one of the very best that I've had.

Shared with Tania as part of the “teaching the Ukrainian to like good beer night”. Amber with a fizzing, fading head. Aroma of oak and white wine. Banana sweetness underneath. Taste is tart to sour. Medium-bodied. Good.

Bottle. Golden, slightly hazy (from sediment), almost without foam. Aroma: wildly, white wine, a little barrel and oak, interesting. Sour taste, white wine with vinegar, light wildness, tannins of oak and grape skins, good.

Bottle from Ian shared at share by me: pours orangish/ambery. Aroma is obviously grapey, but in a sensitive and delicate way, leather, wood. Taste is funky, fruity. Has a good bit of depth and complexity. Not very sour. As someone else below noted, very approachable.

Grapefruit and tangerine. Hazy orange pour with good head. Tart and tangy finish. Nice stuff. Plenty of grape obviously. Bottle.
