Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2025-06 getrunken. Das Grape Ale kommt mit eine leichte Farmhouse Note daher. Die Säure ist eher moderat. Schönes Aroma von hellen Trauben und leichte Tanin-Noten. Toll!

Clear, DARK golden color and a white head. Tart and acidic nose. Sweetish Taste, sweet almonds, faint Popcorn. Acid and a nice sourness.

375mL bottle at Flamèl, pours a clear golden with basically no head. Aroma has lots of white wine grape must, wild yeast, and a touch of citric acid. Flavour is vinous, with white wine grape skins, wild yeast, and light-to-moderate acidity. Fairly dry, buggy, and nicely grape-y. Very good.

Bottle at home, cellared this one for almost 1.5 years. Nose is funk, light leather, wood and vineous notes. Taste is tart grape and vineous notes, light wood, some leather notes. Closes with tart and fruity finish, a bit abrupt but fine anyways. It has a light to medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty decent, but expected a bit more tbh.

Borefts 2024. A clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour white grapes, brett. Taste of tart white grapes, brett, apples.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: funky, brett, a bit earthy, white grapes, a bit floral, more funky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, metallic, earthy, a bit medicinal, pretty sour, dry, meh. Aftertaste: rather metallic, bitter, unpleasant finish, don’t like it.

Süffiger, spritzig säuerlicher Beginn. Milde Herbe, Noten von Limette und Zitrus, frisch. Spritzig, säuerlich bleibend, langer Abgang. Gefällt. 10/11/12/11//11

Tap at Muted Horn. Murky reddish brown. Grapefruit, red orange, multivitamin. Taste is orange bitter, front heavy; could use more body, more sparkle. Sticky mouthfeel.

Tap at muted horn. Murky fruit juicy. Apricot, almonds, flowers, honey, medium light, dry, tart fruit, barrel and rosehip.heavy unbalanced sourness, Light solvent in the aftertaste.

Tap at Muted Horn. Slightly hazy golden-orange body, no head. Soft, sweetish-tart, oily aroma, funk, light phenolic undertone. Dry tart taste, light paint, white grape, tart, juicy, okay carbonation, very well made!
