Bottle from some Getränke Hoffman. Hazy light golden body, white head. Elderflower, citric, herbal aroma. Soft lean light dry bitter taste, herbal, strong on the bitter side, bit cheapish maltiness. Liking the hoppiness. True North German Pils I guess.

0,5 l swing top bottle. Cloud golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head in the glass. Malty caramel and straw on the nose. But not a lot. Taste starts with straw and grain, definitive bitter hop. Flroal hop in the background. More straw bitterness in the aftertaste. Okay.

From bottle. Grassy hops, wort, hay, pale malts, citrus, metal. Mild dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Alright North German Pils!

Bottle in Travemunde. Lightly hazy, amber beer with a big head. Grainy nose, follows through on the tongue, but decent body. Strong but smooth earthy bitterness as a Pils should have. Quite tasty.

Bottle. Pours hazy light straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and veggies, with mild notes of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of veggies and yeast and mild touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste with estery notes and acidic touches. Well, quite veggy for a Pilsener and not very enjoyable.

Bottle, 4.8%. Sourish, fruity aroma. Cloudy grey golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has a rough bitterness, but at least not so high. Watery, but clean finish.

Swing-top bottle: Golden, hazy, small, loose and stable white head, bitter-sweet metallic-grainy nose with a distinctive dryish herbal-hoppy background; robust bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied, soft; lingering herbal-hoppy and pale-malty finish. Weak aroma, but all in all a pretty tasty Pilsener...
