(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 21 Oct 2018) Cloudy golden colour with lasting, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, white bread and resin. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, white bread and a mild citric/tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, but expected some more hops. Quite nice.

Keg at the source. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice piney hop, with orange rind, earthy grains, little spicy resinous hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, piney hop, little floral action, spicy citrus, pinch of salt. Palate is semi sweet, little grassy, moderate carbonation. Not bad..

Draft at Ermitage, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light fruits, melon and notes of wheat. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Keg at the Brewery tap, 08/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, melon, hint of mango, light mineral notes. Taste comprises orange pith, light perfume, grapefruit, melon, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom. Léger orange sur voile moyen, col blanc épais. Arôme est bien houblonné et fruité, douceur fruitée en rétro-nasal avec un effet grains concassés et céréales plaisant. Petite touche résineuse - US hop rappelant le Simcoe. Palais est fin et léger, cara pâle avec bel ajout de l'épeautre qui confère un caractère céréalier. Herbacé et fruité agrumes sur notes de pamplemousse, effervescence est moyenne voire haute.

26/10/2018 - draught tasting glass @ Ermitage taproom. Cloudy orange with nice creamy white head. Nose is hops, grains, bit lemon, yeast. Taste is bitter and fruity hops, bit bready, mellow and smooth. Great!

Tap @ Moeder Lambic, fontaines. Pours Muddy amber with a White head. Grassy and citrussy nose with a Good amoubt of yeast. Muddy feel. Some caramel. Short bitter correct finish with the yeasty phenols lingering.
