Bière 33 cl achetée chez Vanuxem et bue confiné. Jolie robe blonde avec un beau col de mousse. Nez doux et malté avec quelques agrumes, façon bière blanche, bouche aqueuse sur les épices, la coriandre, le savon. Bière trop légère à mon goût, sans doute sympa pour désaltérer l'été, je préfère ça à une pils si je dois choisir une bière légère, mais décevante quand on connaît la qualité de certaines gouden carolus. 33 cl bottle at Het Anker Bistro, Mechelen. A hazy pale golden pour with a foamy, off-white head. Aroma is ginger and cookies (so gingerbread.) Dry, light, low bitterness and body. Abrupt finish, simple ale.

Small, transparant-white head, fast reduced to rim, over lively carbonated cold-hazed yellow beer. Seem to detect white candi sugar, fresh green herbs & leaves. Pale malts dominating. Light bitterish onset, followed by sweet pale malts, but then again taken over by almost harsh hopbitterness, metallic. Finish has some slight white pepper. Wafts of malted wheat, as a German Weizen, clove mainly. Watery, thin, making it nearly overcarbonated and getting utterly neutral in the aftertaste. I've had tablebeers that had more flavour than this.

Bottle. Deep gold with a white head. Aroma of lemon iced crackers. Surprisingly medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Bittersweet with some mild spices as well as citrus. After a while the sweetness seems dull and soft drink-like, but - at least cold - it's not bad.

Sampled between ratebeer and brewver, so little notes were taken.
Pours clear blonde, medium white head. Smell and taste are rather sharp, hoppy ( more bitter than it is aromatic ) . medium thin body, medium high carbo. Pretty standard low abv, rather hoppy beer. Certainly not bad, but not what I had hoped to find.
