Cask at the Brew Wharf, London, thanks to Ang. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. It’s a great, light and hoppy ale. Some grass, dry lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean, dry and hoppy finish with lovely zesty citrus. Lightly tangy with sun-kissed grass. Very good.

Clear paleish gold beer, tidy white head. The palate is lightly smooth and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Has the smooth mouthfeel I think was intended and the pale malt is smooth and indeed a little creamy. Noble hop bitterness brings up the rear with a little fresh hop itch. Finishes dry and crisp with good bitter linger. Could easily sink a few of these.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival 10.05.12 Golden in colour good clarity and a large white frothy head. Not as I expected (better in fact!) I am not that familiar with the style but this seemed really quite crisp, a little lemony and dry, very refreshing and very moreish. Quite juicy and fruity with a middling but not too high bitterness, cracking beer, really enjoyable stuff. A7 A5 T8 P3 Ov15 3.8
