Bottle. Color: Rather pale clear golden, white head. Aroma: Grain, spicyness from the Kveik yeast and Juniperberries. Taste: Grain, spicy and floral Kveik yeast and Juniperberries, yellow fruit hints. Moderate to medium sweet with some over medium sweet moments and some light sourish hints. Very malty, grain, hay. Hints of wood. Light bitterness. Spicy sweet finish with dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, average carbonation. A beer to explore and fully enjoy recognizing the ingredients and brewing method. 750 ml bottle (capped, not corked), Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Fruity and mildly spicy aroma of kveik (Norwegian farmhouse yeast, 12 different strains in this case). The moderately sweet flavour is citric, yeasty and spicy, also hints of yellow apples. Moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel could have been fuller, but this is still a nice beer.
