Noire épais huile de moteur, col épais et crémeux café au lait, le tout laissant un filament huileux et doré au verre.
Arôme au bouquet malté, cacao et caramel généreux, note de vanille venant de la barrique.
Palais est épais, malté à souhait et bien balancé. Caramel, chocolaté, poudre de cacao, Bourbon avec une petite pointe d'alcool et chaleur en retrait.
Barrique en balance qui apporte de fines notes de vanille et boisé, impression de fudge et une bonne effervescence tout au long. Petite note d'amertume en retrait sur un côté chocolat amer.

Can, deep dark brown color. Roast, ash, vanilla and bourbon in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, chocolate. Warming alcohol. Pleasant, full bodied.

Can shared. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of boozy barrel, oak, bourbon, vanilla, milk chocolate, toffee, coffee and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Black color, medium sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, vanilla and lightly some red fruit note. Taste malts, dark malts, vanilla, some roast, some bourbon and oak notes. Oily texture, medium to full body, suitable average carbonation. 7-5-7-4-14.

Can. Black pour, creamy head. Aroma of caramel, licorice, bourbon booze, earthy vanilla and malt. Taste has sticky caramel fudge, licorice, earthy vanilla, milk chocolate, bourbon booze, subtle red fruit and molasses. Another nice variant.

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 09/05/18. Black with a solid khaki cap. Nose is roast malts, fruit cake, spice, bitter cocoa nibs, mellow barrel exhaust. Taste comprises light charr, dark chocolate, liquorice, black peppery spice, molasses, toffee fudge, dried fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. And another solid BA impy from this brewer.

150ml draught, TTO at Skaal. Shared with Skinnyviking. Declining fawn-coloured head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Near black body with a dark reddish tint. Sweet oak-like aromas, hints of dried fruits. Blended taste of chocolate, ash, earth and prunes. Prolonged ending. Nice sipper, rather sweet, perfect for sharing. (Copenhagen 10.05.2018).

Jeg går planken for sidste gang denne fantastiske sommerugen i maj-18, og i dag på SKAAL ved Kultorvet: brunsort med kort skum. Indsmigrende dufter og smag af chokladmalt, svisker, sviskeplommer, rosiner, vanilje, mørke chokolader og lys kaffe. Lang, saftig eftersmag.
