Pours a clear, lighter blonde. Scent is full, bit benzine, loaded with funk. Taste is full, intense oily body, almost glue like. Very intense funk, milder on the acidity. Lovely !

(5 years) out of a craft at Cantillon during Quintessence. Clear flat yellow pour. Not getting too much on the nose. Sour with no carbonation. Mild tartness with mellow horse blanket and funk. Good body and mouthfeel.

At Quintessence 2022. Extreme leather and barn at first, but mellow in terms of acidity and all. An intense start, but actually pretty beautiful balance once you took 2 sips. Oily mouthfeel, as expected. Good Lambic, one of the better ones.

Very woody and dry, leathery, a touch of oxidization, lots of funk, honey. Quite unique. Very intense and not for everyday drinking.

18/IV/22 - on tap @ Cantillon Quintessence (Brussels), BB: n/a (2022-358)
Gold orange beer, no head. Aroma: cheesy, fruity, oranges, orange peel. MF: no carbon, a little oily, slick. Taste: pretty bitter start, gentle acidity, some tannins, bitter, a little fruity, oranges, oxidized. Aftertaste: dry, tannins, wood notes, bitter finish. A bit too old for my liking.
