2021 vintage, 510mL bottled Feb 4, 2022, drunk Apr 29, 2026.
Kind of hate these bottles; the long thin neck makes it very difficult to pour without glugging/backpouring, which stirs up sediment. Despite trying hard, I failed and there is some sediment in my pour.
Smells rich and fruity with leathery, tart peach, moderate Brett, lacto and some nice oak. Like the apricot beer, it smells like it could be extremely acidic in the mouth.
And just like the apricot beer, it isn't whatsoever. Peachy-fruity-leathery-juicy. Just a real complex yet authentic essence of peach flavor here. About as good as any fruit treatment I've ever had. Tart Brett, very mild lactic and some oak for complexity/strength. Chewy-soft mouthfeel with just enough malt to balance but stays out of the way to let the fruit and cultures shine. Like the apricot beer, ridiculously drinkable stuff. So nice to get an oak-aged, fruited wild ale that has an incredibly balanced acidity. It's a rare thing.

Pours unclear golden. Scent is full, intense, peach. Lovely ! Taste is tart, medium acidity, intense peach, very full . lovely, very fruit forward. Whats more to say ? the name sais it all. Love peach sours? Get this ! don't? Don't get this ! It's that easy :)

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fantastic intense peach, vineous. Taste is the same, so fruity, delicious. Thick mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Excellent, an absolute dream of a beer. Simple glory.

Light golden. Poopy funk, a lot of peaches, wheat, oak, grapefruit peel, dank cellar notes, bitter herbs. Over medium sour and bitter, lighter sweet. Medium body, medium dry. Maybe too bitter? Very US style.

Cloudy deep yellow beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super nice, juicy, peaches, very fruity, apricots, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, gentle acidity, pretty malty, a bit sweet, fruity, peaches. Aftertaste: a gentle bitterness, super fruity, nice and juicy, a little bitter, bit oxidized, nice!

Poured from a 510 ml bottle. Aroma is very peach forward with lighter notes of lemon, green grape, grape must and hints of tropical fruit. Light oak notes and alcohol with hints of grain. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden orange with a medium small, medium thick, fluffy white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with balanced, light acidity and faint grain notes. Low bitterness and low alcohol warmth. Fairly strong peach notes with lighter notes of green grape, white wine, grape must and faint lemon and tropical fruit. Light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid beer. I think people were hoping some of the Russian River base beers made their way into more fruited versions and this beer shows people were right to want them. The peach is strong but the Temptation shows through and works really well.
