Fra cask på The Craft Beer Company Covent Garden: klar kobbergylden med misunnelsesverdig skumkrone. Barskog, urter og delikate krydderier i en balanserende maltkropp. Fin bitterhet i den halvtørre avslutningen.

Half-pint, cask ale at Tapping the Admiral. Shared with Finn. Diminishing creamy pearl white head, clear mahogany coloured body, fair lacing. Promising smell of herbal hops and mid-sweet malts. Well blended taste of leafy hops and caramel malts. Mid-dry bittersweet end. True to the style. Nice. (Kentish Town, London 02.10.2023).

(Cask at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 27 May 2022) Dark amber colour with foamy, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of caramel, nuts, dried apricots and earthy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, nuts, dried fruit and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made bitter, with a good hop presence. Nice one.
