Bottle. Color: Ruby to copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, herbal wood. Taste: Malty, caramel with pretty strong herbal wood notes. Taste of essential oils, hints of lemon and vanilla and light hints of coconut. Dry, astringent mouthfeel. Medium to over medium body, below average carbonation. Quite nice, although I think I prefer to smell essential oils instead of tasting them. It's a bit like tasting perfume or soap, in my opinion. Although I can understand that another one really likes this, it's just a bit too much for me.

Bottle. dark brown color. Malt, wood , confit fruit and floral notes in the aroma. Malty sweet woody floral flavor with dried fruit and peppermint. Soft spicy notes. I really like it.

Donker roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en krachtig met iets van vanille, karamel, donker fruit en een vleugje kokos. Is iets te waterig van structuur.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, candy, moderate to heavy yeasty, belgian yeast, candy - sweet yeast, quadrupel yeast, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, licorice, vanilla, candy, sweet yeast, anis, dark malt, chocolate, dried fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190730]

F: thin, tan, quick gone. C: dark with dark coppery hue against the light. A: dark malts, caramel, fruity, chocolate, coconut is there but vanilla not found, compote cherries, dried fruits, date. T: dark malts, dark cherries, bit coconuts, caramel, bit chocolate, cinnamon, sweet apple cake, dark dried plums, vanilla is there after some warming, bit simple feeling from beginning but later not bad at all, full body, low carbonation, nice one, fully enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop.

Sampled at LIBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours dark amber, no real head. Smell is toffee, creamy, caramel. Taste is full, caramel, creamy, toffee. Not something I like.

Clear dark amber to purple beer, no head. Aroma: sweet, some typical candy smell from my youth, hard to remember which one, spicy, cinnamon touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet, caramel, spicy, dried fruits, some alcohol. Aftertaste: little bitter, spicy, banana peel, some sort of cinnamon rolls, vanilla, bit weird. Pretty interesting though!
