Do any of us really know what normal is anymore? If we ever did.
At least this DIPA provides something you can rely on, building on the flavours in our popular DDH IPA New Normal. Citra provides a juicy base of mango and tangerine, while Strata adds characteristic flourishes of tropical fruit and pungent herb.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Nose a light piney fruits melange. Palate is light, fairly dry and has good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth thinnish malts impart a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a light savoury dank into nibbly hop spice. A light Citra semi ripe orange into a modest tropical fruits undertone. Quite a savoury finish with a little citrus peel bitterness coming through. A decent dipa but if I were Cloudwater I would be looking at all these UK brewers going past them and wondering why.
