A: lime, lemon peel, mandarin, jasmin, vague pepper, clove.
T: sour lime, lemon acid, bitter clove, sourdough.
F: tart citrus flesh, bit herbal, spicy & perfumey.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Pleasant mix of flavours, nice again by Source.

Right. Fruity, some sugar-candy on the nose. Taste is tart, nice lime lime flavors. Sour, faint aidic with a herbal flavors finish

Clear pale blond to light straw yellow beer, big creamy solid white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lactobacillus, fruity notes, lemony, spicy, some indian spices, tonka beans as well, wow, interesting! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of tonka up front, nice and clean acidity, a bit sugary, bitter touch, some cinnamon. Aftertaste: more tonka, a little bitter, spicy and herbal touch, gentle acidity, little lemony, more tonka, cinnamon, some gingerbread spices, very nice and interesting beer, first time I’ve had tonka in a sour, I think!

Pâle, léger voile, col blanc épais crémeux blanc peu tenace.
Arôme est frais avec de suite de belles senteurs fleuries dont la camomille qui ressort bien, après qcq minutes le tonka arrive avec de fins effluves d’amande, caramel beurre salé et de cacao.
Palais est assez unique tant avec son apport ‘sour’ présent mais discret et son côté fruité frais d’agrumes dont ce cédrat (une première pour ma part) et la camomille – mais aussi un houblon qui se fait plutôt discret vu les ajouts agrumes et tonka qui se suffisent quais à eux-mêmes. Le caractère sour reste plaisant et balancé, c’est top.
La fève de tonka équilibre le tout avec son côté un peu grué-chocolaté.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is cinnamony (from the tonka), coconut, chamomille if you tell me, tart. Taste is the same, tonka, cinnamony. Weird combo but not sweet and it works. Oily mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Solid, pastry sour done right!
