Bottle. Gold with a fat white coat. Some chunks. Very funky aroma of damp hay, old lemons, apricot stones, whitewash. Somewhat creamy texture. Sour but not as sour as expected from the aroma. Lots of old lemon and barn funk with a very dry oaked finish. Has that expertly but barely tamed thing.

Spritziger, rund säuerlicher Beginn bei schwacher Herbe. Helle Holznoten, passend trocken, vollmundig. Milde Bitterkeit, mittellanger, trocken bitterer und weich säuerlicher Abgang. 9/12/11/11/9/12

Barrel selection. Coz tu mamy w debie. A no szlachetne Chateauneuf-du-Pape umieszczone w 2013r na 9 lat. Lambik dojrzewal z bordowskim klasykiem by w koncu zabutelkowac ten duet w 2021r. Winne i niesamowicie zlozone, aromat dzikiej rozy, w tle zapach najwyzej polozonej pasieki w Polsce na szlaku na Mogielice, wyraznie zapach woskowy, swiec woskowej, to chyba starosc beczki albo niemal 10 letni czas. Po prostu do pieczeni doskonala para. Nawet takiej mocniej wypieczonej bo bordeaux tu fajnie wchodzi w te spieczone smaki.

Fles 37,5cl thuis. Hout, droog, zuren, witte druif, citrustonen, lemon, brett, lichte bittertonen. (13-5-2025).
Jens Smagning 11/04/2024 - sour tart fruity grape notes, grape skin, orchard fruit, funky and floral accents in play, medium body and medium to high acidity and carbonation, tart sour fruity into the finish.

Aromas are fermenting culture, malt, oak, honey and a little fruit and spice. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, getting more bitter and dry with a little hop. Moderately tart. Good for drinking one or two swallows at a time.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Slightly hazy golden to orange colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, lemons, rustic kitchen and oak. Very sour flavour, nearly too sour for me, notes of brettanomyces, lemons, lactic acid, white wine vinegar and oak.

0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 10.11.2021. yellow cloudy color, medium big white head. smells oak, wood, herbal, minerals, peppery, subtle walnuts. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, tobacco, herbal, oak, walnuts, subtle funk, cheese. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, walnuts and cheesy notes. Very very nice one, love the soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Great complexity, love this
