From can at Ogna scene with my parents at concert with Johan Egdetveit and Jan Engervik. Translucent dark golden. Fine aroma and lingering taste of ripe mango, mandarins, various other citrus, papaya and sweet pale malt. Full mouthfeel.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of mold, tropical fruits, pine needles, burning ethanol. Tastes is also pretty moldy; pretty sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied, alcoholic warmth.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Orange colour, white head. Spicy / herbal hops in the aroma. Distinctly bitter flavour, not very sweet, notes of herbs and pine needles. The alcohol is not well hidden.

330ml can, #249, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy orange body, tiny white head, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of grass and mid-dry citric fruits. Quite weird flavours of canned fruits, forest, and earthy malts. Short bittersweet end, dry. Possible to drink, but far from great. (Tromsø 14.05.2022).

0,33 boks fra statens profylakseutsalg i Herbarium, hjemme i solkroken 16.mai: skarp aroma og smak med typisk Chinook-preg (og her støtter jeg meg til verdensveven): Chinook can be slightly spicy and have a smoky earthiness quality. It has an impressive pine and resin character, with distinct spice and grapefruit. Use sparingly in the boil as it can add a harsh bitterness if overused. Helt greit utseende, men med såpass besk smak at dette forblir et engangskjøp.

Hazy orange, white head. Aroma of marmalade, some off fermentation, vegetable and stomach acid. Seems like some infection, without this it would probably be good, but this is definatly infected. With bg
