Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Sweet, sticky and boozy with loads of bourbon, wood, oak, toffee, syrup, raisins, some vanilla and earthiness. Heavy and warming, a bit too syrupy.

Keg @ Sori Taproom. Poured cola brown color. Figs, plums, dates, malts, molasses in aroma. Quite complex. Nice sipper, spicy dark fruity flavor. Full bodied. Light woody, warming finish.

Tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Color is almost black with very small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Dry fruits, ripe fruits, some sweetness, some whiskey, some bourbon and malts. Very heavy.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 2. Dark brown. Nose is alcoholic, harsh, boozy, varnish & overripe fruit. Taste is chemical, fizzy, paint also nice sugar but in a very sweet almost cloying way, overripe fruit, chocolate. Some good parts but also excessive in alcohol and sticky sweetness.

Draft at Billie’s Beer Festival ‘18.  Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, vanilla, toffee, milk chocolate.  Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter.  Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 2. A clear amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, straw, riped fruits. Taste of sweet caramelish malt, grains, honey.

Clear dark purple to dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, sweet, dried fruits, some banana, little peated. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet, peated, bit metallic, soft roast, lots of banana peel, alcohol, roasted. Aftertaste: some alcohol, banana peel.
