2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours slightly hazy dark bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, sweet dried fruits, hint of banana. Medium to heavy sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Medium to full body, slightly sticky, soft carbonation. Good.

33cl bottle from Chez Sophie: bottled on 28th January 2022, drank at home on 14th July 2022. Brown body, slight haze, no head. Very sweet in nature, boozy and woody: Sugary caramel feel throughout. Would have liked a bit more body depth and some noticeable calming hop presence. It's a decent nightcap, but even my sweet tooth has struggled to engage with it.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Light hazy amber with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 020722

Clear red brown to deep red beer, small creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, caramel notes, dried fruits, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bitter, caramel malts, a bit oxidized, sweet and malty. Aftertaste: dried fruits, a bit sourish, earthy, bitter, a bit spicy, little oxidized, nice stuff!
