Clear and golden with a slight chill haze, a frothy white head and a fruity nose. Lightish bodied with tangerine and light malt and a soft, very slightly bitter dry finish

Cask at Bakers Vaults, Stockport. Pours golden amber with a small off-white scummy head and good lacing. Just hops and some hints of citrus in the aroma. In the mouth it is slightly bitter but with some underlying sweetness. It’s juicy and smooth with flavours of floral hops and biscuits. Later on some malts come through as well. Bitterness lasts into the finish. It’s reasonable.

Cask at Vesuvio, Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of citrusy hop. Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, juicy fruit, citrus, pine and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask at the Beehive, LGW South Terminal. It pours clear golden - amber with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fragrant, floral hops, nutty, sweet, caramel/toffee, digestive biscuit and a touch of bread. The taste is firm and dry upfront, some bitterness, grassy, floral, biscuity malt base, peppery spice and a touch of soapiness. Average body and decent, lifting carbonation. Decent condition helps, but this is a bit average. Sweeter and more malt that I would like.

Cask at the Queens Head,Brighton. Sunset coloured (it helps to have a missus who once worked for a paint firm, it helps to come up with some exotic colours or two!) pour with a white head. Citrus, vanilla and biscuit aroma. Bittersweet fruit flavours with a whisper of vanilla. Not bad.

Cask gravity at Siba Tonbridge 2014. Clear amber no head. A little flat. Some citrus hop. Bit if ginger sting then flat. Disappointing.

Cask at the 16th Egham Beer Festival. Bright amber with a white head; limey citrus aroma; buttery malt taste; and a crisp citrus finish. Very drinkable.
