Colaborativa con The Rare Barrel (USA). El noble Alerce (Fitzroya cupressoides) es uno de los árboles más longevos del mundo, llegando a vivir sobre los 3.000 años, trascendiendo nuestra concepción del tiempo y espacio.
Noble Alerce es una cerveza de fermentación mixta que maduró por pacientes ocho meses en barricas de Alerce de más de 100 años, que previamente fermentaron chicha de manzana y, anterior a eso, cerveza del sur de Chile. Más noble imposible!
Esta refrescante cerveza tiene una generosa y fina carbonatación, aromas que evocan lo campestre y especiado, y en boca tiene una equilibrada acidez con notas frutales y especiadas. Rústica y delicada a la vez, estamos en presencia de una muy noble cerveza!

375ml bottle from Pivo i PenaPaki in Moscow. Pours opaque gold with a large white head. Aroma is lemon, apple, funk, horse blanket. Taste is medium sour, funky, citrus, vinegar. Light bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Big thanks YantarCoast. Appearance: Foggy gold with a large white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Funk, strawberries, lemon, autumn leaves, old hop. Pretty dry. medium sour. Light bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Interesting. Good.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffee and mild tartness to it. Flavour is floral, some fruity, citrusy and mild funky elements with a bit tartness to it. Nicely mouthdrying.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Hazy golden, small head. Citric, earthy nose with wood and tart apples. Vinous tartness, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, earthy wood and apple rings. Mid bitter finish. Complex and elegant.

Clear blond beer, no head. Aroma: malty, grains, clean acidity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, very acidic, a bit fruity, grapes, very sourish, dry. Aftertaste: dry, a bit herbal, sourish, lemon juice, very acidic, dry, ok but boring...

Dorée, pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme au nez fin de barrique, funk avec un fleuri arrivant en rétro-nasal - notes de grains sans pour cela donner le bouquet rustique d'une saison.
Palais est funk, léger apport de la barrique, plus rustique avec un léger fleuri houblonné, effet acidulé qui reste assez marqué apportant un fini grinçant aux dents et râpeux en bouche - effet un peu pomme verte cidre sans être surfait. (cela semble être vérifié par le côté chicha de pomme de la description découvert à l'encodage).
