Upon reaching America, early British colonists founded a settlement on the verdant coastline of Connecticut, which they named Lyme, after their home town back in England.
Today, this region of New England is sometimes referred to as “The Land of Steady Habits”.
This juicy beer bomb is our tribute to those trailblazing pioneers, whose modern descendants introduced us to the New England style of IPA, some 350 years later.
Steady Habits is loaded with Mosaic and Citra hops. Pull the pin and unleash a tropical explosion.

44cl Blik van de brouwerij. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Veel citrus, wat tropisch fruit, prikkelend, degelijk bitter. Smaakvol, niet te vruchtensappig, goeie body voor het ABV, lekker.

Foamy white head on a hazy vivid golden coloured body. Orange, melon & mango aroma. Medium bodied, airy in the mouth with a clean back. Mango, pineapple, orange & resinous tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

Tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with thin broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, crisp, juicy pineapple, grapefruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really juicy and refreshing.

Keg @ Lyme Regis brewpub. Misty yellow appearance, thin white head. Fresh floral citrus aroma, continuing to taste with a light bitterness. Nicely refreshing with some pleasing juicy tropical moments.

Can ordered from the brewery. Sweet stone fruit with a touch of resin. Hazy pale orange. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Medium bitter. A touch of orange citrus sourness, with some weak sweetness. A touch of spice. But it's the relatively restrained bitterness that's the key component here. Light bodied. Thin verging on slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. One of my pet hates is that every IPA seems to be getting added as a NEIPA on here based on looks alone. In this case the brewry appears to have branded this a NEIPA on looks alone. It's a nice enough Session IPA masquerading as a NEIPA.
