A lovely blend of eating and cooking apples, fermented and then finished in an oak barrel before being lightly carbonated. Light, crisp, fresh with subtle sweetness from the eating apples, before the tartness of the cookers kick in to give a sherbet like finish. A super every day dry cider.

Bottle from Aeble. It pours clear very pale yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, bright, zingy, crunchy apple, apple skin, funk, white wine, touch of white grape and gooseberry. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, nip of acidity, dry white wine character, white grape, gooseberry, soor plooms, lemon - lime, sour melon, sherbet, nip of booze, light tannin and damp funky oak with a drying finish. Average body and just a faint hint of prickly carbonation. Works well. A cider for those that like dry white wine. Fun.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - very pale yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - ripe apple but dry, hay and an edge of woodiness. Taste - tart red apple, apple skin and wood. Palate - light to medium bodied, dry, tart finish. Decent length. Overall - good.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear very pale golden yellow complexion. Crisp palate, producing clean green apple notes with soft cheesy suggestions on the finish, tangy moments. Light and dry. Decent.

500ml bottle from Aebel. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, caramel hint. Taste is crisp, tangy apple, fruity, some skin and core, with malic acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
