Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - big thanks to Daniel. Pours k no oatly clear Orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with subtle tangerine, grass, lemon, damp wood, mellow funk. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, balanced acidity. Sound.

Craft Beer Junction. Xmas bottleshare. Just a light haze on this burnished gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Funky tartness. Nice rich fruits, whiskey borne. Looking for some Port Barrel, well maybe some berries on the finish. On the edges of perception. Or my expectation bias. Decent gueze.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey Bottle share. Many thanks. A mostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice mouldy dungy funk, oily, vanilla, balsa. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fizzy green apple, vanilla, paste, chewy, highish carbonation, fizzy,. Onion. Green apple. Little mouldy funk.. Prickly and a little harsh.

Pours unclear, darker blonde. Small white head. Scent is beautifull, fruity (apple), lovely lambic. Wood. Taste is full, whisky very noticeable. Malty, mild acidity. Woody. lovely, not the most refined - but more than enjoyable.

750mL bottle at Het Lagerhuys, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out subtle whiskey barrel, gentle barnyard funk, and a touch of oak. Flavour has some boozy whiskey upfront, light funk, horse blanket, and a touch of citrus peel. Much less acidic, more dry, and less funky. The slightly sweet whiskey and vanillin comes through more at the end. Excellent.
