Flaska från Antidoot, 2022. Riktigt tjusig klar rödfärgad med rosavit krona. Rejäl och fyllig arom med massor av druvor och druvskal mot bakgrund av äppelskal. Kontrast i smaken i jämförelse. Stramt, mängder av tanniner, druvskal, druvstjälk, mineral, äppelskal. Lätt kropp, någorlunda hög kolsyra. Snyggt.

Pours a dark, clear, purple. Agressive lookin' carbonation. Scent is full, apple(funk), typical Antidoot cider ! Mild grapes showing. Taste is sharp, mild acidity, a combination that enhances the cider's very, very dry finish. The Gamay grapes are fairly low in intensity, but never truly absent. Just like most Antidoot cider's, I enjoy mine typically a bit less dry. Than again, by the end of the bottle, when a bit of carbonation is lost, it builds up to a better product to me.
