Dec. '16. A 0.33 l bottle, thanks Marko for sharing! It poured hazy yellow body with a small head. Fine grainy and fruity aroma, on the sweeter side with light mandarin orange note indeed. Flavor was lightly bitter, fruity, especially in sweeter citrus way Pretty bready and grainy but elegant biscuit made it rather smooth on palate and a bit of pine dryness brought it down to balance. Medium bodied with longer finish, dry herbal, while sweet mandarin orange dominates the very end. A pleasant one.

Smell of citrus, hops. Cloudy lemon/amber colour, high white head. Aroma of grapefruit, hops, grass. Medium bitter, also slightly sweet. Soft, plentiful carbon. Light body. Fresh. Nonsurprising, but balanced.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear yellow/golden coloured, small airy white head, mild fruity nose. Quite bitter herbal fruity hoppy with notes of grain and short bitterish finish. Drinkable but one-dimensional.

0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with Višnja 666 and Goran. Murky yellow to golden, small off-white head. Didn’t get the hops from this one, don’t know what seems to be the problem. Faint leaves, herbal, no fruitiness. Bitter with light hop flavors. Very light body and texture, moderate to heavily hopped, abrupt finish. Didn’t work out. Should try again, I guess.

Bottle from Pivoteka Zagreb, shared with heavy. Poured a hazy yellow-golden body with a small white head. Interesting, very interesting aroma really, lovely grainy notes reminiscent of Czech floor malted malt with light touches of tangerine perhaps, but still predominantly quite finely grainy. Taste... whew, domination of Mandarina on a creamy malty body, lighter and soft, ending with medium herbal bitterness. With the grainy touches similar to the aroma here and there actually feels like a lovely modern-hopped Czech-style lager in a way. Lovely balance, even fare more of an APA than an IPA. All in all, this is great stuff. Loving their single hop series so far!
