Bottle. Black body with a large tan head. Good lacing. Aroma of ash, grape, tar and parma violets. Flavour of chocolate, orange, wood and floral hops. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I found this to be more floral than zesty.

Bottle at 100 piv. Pitch colour, brown head. Zesty citrusy aroma along with roasted notes. Very rich and intense in taste, loads of clean chocolaty coffeeish notes with also relatively intense orange zesty flavour. Strong ricb and clean. Easy drinking with alcohol not coming out.

330ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop
Pours pitch black with a thick brown head. Aroma of jaffa cookies, chocolate, orange peel, roasty malts and licorice. Taste is smooth, roasty and heavy with licorice notes, hints of orange zest and syrup. Finish is roasty, burnt and slightly fruity with hints of orange peel and citrus. Loads of orange in the aroma, but not so much in the taste.

Bottle 330ml (Firmabier)
Dark brown color, good brownish head, some lace. Aroma is quite interesting combination of chocolate, smoke, rubber and light fruityness. Medium to full-bodied. Well-roasted, chocolaty porter with cocoa and long bitter aftertaste. Actually less "zesty" than expected but hoppy. Very robust for this ABV.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours black with tan head. Aroma is zesty alongside some thick roasted malts. Taste is disappointingly lacking in zestiness. On a basic level it’s a great meaty porter, but for what it’s intended to be it’s a bit disappointing. Rated according to how it actually tastes.
