Pinkish amber color. Bottle. Raspberry and holunder jam and floral notes in the aroma. Apple sour flavor with raspberry jam. Soft floral notes, decent enough, but simple and too jammy.

A quite nice and refreshing raspberry ale.
Red/pink color with a fine pinkish head. Some lacing. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Pleasant acidity level and a dry ending. Nice fresh raspberry flavor.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2016) Reddish copper colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of red fruit, raspberries and strawberries. Malty, fruity taste with red fruit, raspberries, strawberries, vanilla, some caramel and a sweetish finish with a low bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fruity, tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

9th Nov 2016: 33cl bottle between four at the monthly Shrewsbury beer exchange group meeting in Chez Sophie. Cheers Simon for this offering. How do you like your Raspberries? This Pink beer has loads of them within it’s makeup. Semi-sweet, semi-sour and not too bitter, but full of raspberries without a doubt.
