Bottle from Haussmann Getränke, drunk after fighting for hours with an electronic device that I think might be defective. Decent head for a Weißbier although sea-foamy; mildly hazy. Wort, molasses-like malt on the nose. Wow a real dark brown sugar flavor at the start, worty and bready, a bit of bitterness that could be hops. Tastes like some kind of grain soda but not much like beer.

Hazy amberish orange colour, white creamy foam. Citrussy, wheat, light sweetness, some banana, weak and watery. Not the most balanced Low alcohol beer.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before August 2022. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and minimally floral aroma of grains, honey and traces of banana. Gently sweet, malty, hardly bitter, minimally floral taste of grains, honey, light corn flakes and hints of banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit worty finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Solid NA Weizen, good balance between sweetness and dryness.

Swing top bottle. pale amber color. Unfermented grains in the aroma. Grainy flavor with orange and a hint of banana. Sweetish. Watery. Citrus. Absolutely drinkable.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 06:15N (BBF 19.11.18). AROMA: medium uncooked bread dough with a mild wheat background. APPEARANCE: gold color and slightly hazy. medium-large white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a predominant uncooked-bread and extract-like flavor. faint wheat. medium-low to low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-light to light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: alcohol free weissbier? no thanks. the process completely changes the traditional weiss flavor.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, quite moldy with bready notes, mild yeasty. More and more sourish-moldy, not too drinkable. Only average.
