So enjoyable with a too hot weather for the season. Lovely sour beer, not rough at the palate, sourness, smooth, dry, mineral, creamy, discreet bitterness, hop, perfect touch of apricot juice, like an apricot jam before to go to a judo dinner, yesterday, 08.10.23

Tap at Salon Piva, ciurtesy of the brewers. Pours hazy orangeish golden with a white head. Nose is apricot with some lactic notes. Taste is, well, apricot and lactic notes. Pleasant, juicy and kinda jammy, but nothing we havent seen before tbh.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. AROMA- sour tones, apricot compote, sour apricots. FLAVOR- moderately sour, neutral, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Simple, pleasant, well aged.

Tap at Salon piva. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Quite clean, with med-light sourness, combo clean lacto and fruity. Also light tartness. Moderate natural apricot presence. Not much more here, simple, but very easy drinking. Quite good.

750 ml bottle. Hazy orange, small foamy head. Apricots, peach, stone fruits, lemon juice, lactic acid. Dry sourness. Medium bodied, oily milky texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry sour fruity finish. Pretty nice and refreshing on a hot summer day like today!

Tap at Dno Pytle. Murky orange body, off-white head. Light aroma, tart, lactic, lightly citric... mmmkaaay, what apricot there is was not well developed here. Lean, light taste, vague tart apricot notes, getting stronger later on and giving a juicy touch, among a lean, clean lactic tartness. Average.
