75cl bottle, shared with Soph and Ewan in the Quarry. Misty yellow pour with a small white head. Lovely floral elderflower aroma, continuing bright to taste alongside some soft funk and gentle thorny hints. The year in red wine barrels really adds a nice depth as well. Decent.

Bottle sample at Lya. Hazy dark yellow body. hazy dark yellow body, don't remember much head. Very, very interesting aroma - flowery, peppery-vegetal - but of the kind you do encounter in some elderflower syrup varieties, spicy too, pleasant. Surprisingly tart, sour taste after that, flowery, peppery, but clean elder notes as well, some funkiness pops up too. Nice!
