Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Shig. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a small fizz. Aroma is medium sweet, fresh juicy apple, vailla, light rhubard, fresh, custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fresh clean apple, bark, juicy, hint of tart. Palate is semi sweet, to drying finish, moderate carbonation. Lingering pith. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a halo of white head. semi sweet, candy apple, toffee, oak tannin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple, toffee, bark, oaky tannin, brown sugars. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Good boosting.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates way and aroma of apples, musty, woody, vanilla, alittle mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, orchardy, some apple core, with alittle funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a golden clear with a bubble. Aroma is musty, wood, apples, light tannins. Taste is apple, tannins, woods, mushy.

On tap at The Made Inn Ashford. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. actually smells of a proper cider. bit of acetone. decent off dry flavour. some dryness some tannin. ok

Like most Ciders this one tasted of apples, my 500ml bottle was fine, almost liked it. Gets my usual Cider score of 3.
