Tap at the brewery. Thin bodied, mostly clean, with a bit phenolic yeasty character. Moderate bitterness, grassy herbal hops character, a bit citrusy, lemony. Easy drinking, good.

(Draught at La Source, Brussels, 22 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grain and herbs. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, hay, cereal, peaches, yellow plums and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, and quite tasty. Nice one.

23/XII/22 - 33cl can from La Source webshop, shared @ home, BB: 22/III/23 (2022-1763)
Clear pale gold blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of banana, a bit malty, grains, hint of honey. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, pretty bitter, some caramel notes, floral, a bit grassy, some ripe banana. Aftertaste: more malts, grassy, herbal, banana peel, cow fodder, some honey, metallic finish. Very mediocre. Not the regular quality we're used from La Source.

Draft @ La Source.
