Bottle from Altinger, Garching. Clear golden, white foam. Citrus, kombucha, sparklestick nose. Medium body, mellow, could be sparklier. Lightly papery malt, wet straw, a hint fink, light saison-citrus. Dusty retronasal. Perhaps not the freshest bottle, but it hasn't developed in a interesting way either.

Hazy golden. Aroma is peach lime lacto fermentation some other fresh fruit. Taste is very light sweetness and fresh sourness. Quite fruity while also being light. Very refreshing. Good.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Begnn mit Zitonen- und Limettennoten. Spritzig, minimale Herbe, brauseartig. Schon zu Beginn trocken, was aber noch ansteigt, rund, sehr erfrischend. 6/10/9/9/10/9

330 ml bottle. Pours cloudy dark yellow, big foamy dense head. Loads of lemon juice, lactic acid, elderflower, cucumber, pickles. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery milky texture, lively carbonated, dry sour finish. Nice and very refreshing!

On tap at Camba Bavaria. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sour grapes lemon, zest. Taste of mild sourish breadish malt, lemon, zest.

Bottle picked up from the brewery and had this at home with Jude and Baz after a cycle ride to Schloßallee Haag Biergärten at Haag in der Amper Sunday 12th June 2022. We had a Chicken, Chorizo, Prawn and Squid Risotto for tea tonight cooked in the Wood Oven listening to Wet Leg. Pours hazy light gold with a large white head, some acidic notes on the nose along with a little fruitiness, very good nose. Taste is refreshing, it's tart acidic and tangy and taking me a long while to drink, it's very pleasant though.
