10 June 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!
Clear ochre, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of ripe orange, mango, grapefruit peel, pineapple, biscuit, vague peanut. Taste has sweetish mango, pineapple & orange flesh; bitter grapefruit & spicy notes going over a biscuity malt base into a floral hoppy finish that is quite grapefruity bitter, freshly citrusy and a bit yeasty. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nicely bitter, classic IPA.

15/VI/22 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2022-701)
Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: some caramel malts, fruity, tropical fruits, some mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, beh, very oxidized, orange peel, honey, malts, grains, hay, bitter touch, some diacetyl, not good, way too old, I guess? Aftertaste: very malty, grains, hay, oxidized, no good at all. Bah.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom in Bermondsey. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour, crispy pale malts, white grape, lemon rind, nips of pine, biscuits. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, more white grape, citrus rind, melon, pine needles, biscuity pale malts. Solid, quite enjoyable.
