We’ve chosen some of our favourite hops from around the globe for this version of our Deliverance Double IPA series – dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Idaho 7 Cryo. The result is a hazy and soft DIPA that’s packed with flavourful notes of citrus fruit and juicy ripe mango, balanced out by the floral undertones sitting alongside a gentle bitterness.

Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester as part of their 2022 North Yorkshire Beer Festival. Light yellow/gold, hazy with a small ring of white head. Big tropical fruit in the aroma: mango, melon, pineapple and maybe even a hint of banana. Sweet hop-filled taste with lots of fruit notes, with serious bitterness in the finish. Full creamy body, very low carbonation. Delicious and hides the ABV very well.
