The 5th in our range of IPAs exploring the depths and breadths of modern IPA brewing. A complex, rustic grain bill including spelt and rye, as well as malted and flaked barley provide a touch or cereal sweetness and spice, while a combination of Nelson Sauvin and H. Blanc hops give notes of galia melon and white grape. Full bodied, but with a dry, balanced finish.

44cl can, BB 24/03/2023.

16 June 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!

Clear to hazy golden, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe grape, melon, mango & mandarin, freshly baked bread, yeast, cheese, grass. Taste has sweetish mango & melon, sourish citrus; bitter pine, grape & spicy rye in the middle against a bready malt backbone. Grassy hoppy finish, piney with lingering bitter grapes further reinforced by the grain bill. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good but rather heavy on the grains.
