Dorée, col blanc fin crémeux et tenace.
Arôme est simple et efficace, clean and crisp - effluves de malts pils, rétro-nasal délicat houblonné plutôt adouci fruité vers le tropical avec une pointe plus classique en retrait. Je note aussi un léger apport herbacé qui vient s'immiscer.
Palais montre clairement son inspiration sur ses nouveaux houblons de Yakima tout en ayant ce penchant plus classique allemand.
Le caractère fruité qui oscille entre un côté noble allemand tout en ayant une dose plus tropicale - fruit passion, et une fine douceur résiduelle. Cela tranche avec un apport malté centré sur une base 100% pils avec une belle amertume. J'entends que d'autres ajoute parfois du Munich ou Vienna; ici la couleur de la bière n'annonce rien de cela. Fini un peu métallique avec une pointe herbacée fraîche.

Clear pale blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, fruity, a little malty, some citrus notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy start, bitter, floral, a bit soapy, lots of orange peel. Aftertaste: fruity, grapefruit, a bit sweet, a little malty, hoppy, tropical fruits, juicy, nice stuff.

On tap at Brussels Beer Project, Brussels, Belgium in the company of Lynn and Barry Friday 30th September 2022, just around the corner from Teddy Pickers, our accomodation for the weekend. Pours gold with a white head, slight haze, fresh but with a little more sweetness than expected. Also a touch hoppier than anticipated, however it's a solid beer.

44cl can from the brewery. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: pale gold, clear. A: malty, pine, orange, herbal, mint touch, bit bready. T: medium malty base, bit bready, herbal, mint, orange, herbal, decent bitterness, the Cryo trial blend 301 is so good you do not feel this beer like helles at all, medium carbonation, enjoyed for sure.
