Pale Malt and Crystal Malt make a crisp and crunchy full bodied base with a deep amber hue. We’ve made a modern twist in the recipe using fresh CRYO Cascade added at various stages throughout the boil and in true Sierra Nevada style, we added generous quantities of the freshest whole leaf Cascade in the whirlpool and dry hop.

The result is a clean, complex and fragrant bouquet of floral aroma and subtle spice with zippy zesty and juicy pink grapefruit and orange with a lingering bitter finish!

Fra fat på Apollon, delt med Håkon: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Gress, furunål, kvae og besk citrus. God maltsmak og behagelig bitterhet i avslutningen.

440ml can bought at North Bar in Leeds. A clear amber body under an off-white head that left clingy lacing on the glass. Inviting aromas of ripe fruit, herbal hops, and bread. Canned fruity flavours added by a twist of biscuit on a backbone of mild malty sweetness. Malt-fruity close with a decent bitter support. Fine depth. Good drinking. (Student flat, Leeds 06.07.2022).
