Bottle. Clear, slightly cloudy, golden. Nice tart, apple, but also rather sweet.

Clear golden. Aroma is apple light lime light raisin. Taste is not very sweet. Rather fresh sour and light like schorle. Not bad.

Bottle at Ratebeer München Tasting Tuesday 31st January 2023. Pours pale gold with a light haze, good zappy tang, some dryness, very pleasant fruitiness, nice.

Bottle 113/248. Hazy pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is appleskin, barn, leather, some white wineyness. Taste is appleskin, a touch of barrel, dry, not too tart, a little fizz. Tasty!

Bottle. Lately hazy pale golden with a green shine. Light dusty appleskin, a hint barrique, medium body, dry medium body, mellow sparkly, light white wine sensibilities, nice.

0.75 l bottle from 'AleHub', bottle #137/248, best before May 2023. A little hazy, golden yellow with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity, a little vinous aroma of ripe apple, vanilla, (white?) wine and light oak. Minimally sweet, slightly sour, fairly dry, gently fruity and a little vinous taste of ripe apple, oak, hay, some wine and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Decent Apfelwein, not much influence from the barrel though, less complex than I hoped for.

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2022. A almost clear yellow colour. Aroma of tart apples, sulfur, wood. Taste of sour apples, sulfur, dry esters.
