For this brew we teamed up with our good mate Edwin from Floem, who is brewing juicy beers in Appingedam, Netherlands. It was real fun to create a big, bold and juicy recipe together. Dry hopped with a hop combo of Strata as a lead, backed up by Ekuanot & Idaho 7.

(Draught at Billie's Bier Kafétaria, Antwerpen, 20 Oct 2022) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, pineapple, grapefruit and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, passion-fruit, grass, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Really fresh and tasty, with lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Very nice.

Can at Sams before the hops die #2 tasting 02/09/2022 - punchy juicy fruity aroma and taste with mango and papaya, some tangerine and red grapefruit, strata berry, solid piney hoppy finish. Very nice.

21/X/22 - on tap @ Billies Biercafétaria (Antwerp), BB: n/a, Strata, Galaxy, Idaho 7 hops (2022-1410)
Cloudy beige blond beer, huge aery irregular yellowish head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, dank, juicy, lots of tropical fruits, orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, bitter, resinous, lots of alcohol noticeable, very bitter, some mango, juicy, decent. Aftertaste: very dank, resinous, a bit juicy still, hoppy, chalky finish, meh.

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2022. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of intense grassy and citrusy hops, pine, citrus.
