Semmi hab, sötétbordó, majdnem fekete szín. Csokis, aszalt gyümölcsös, enyhén vörösboros illat. Édeskés, savanykás, balzsamecetes, hordós, vörösboros, aszalt gyümölcsös íz. Testes, szinte semmi szénsavtartalommal, nem keserű. Nagyon szokatlan ízvilág.

Dark brown with no head. Aroma is strong with sherry, wood, dried red fruits and light sherry vinegar. Sweet and sour taste. A little sticky, lots if raisins. Perhaps some honey too. Finish is sharp, slightly vinegary.

Tap at Beer Geek. Rather thin body and low carbonation. Med-high sweetness, shitloads of tartness though, medium sourness. Quite complex, lots of dark fruits, barnyard and woody funk, honeyish, slightly citric. Very tasty, sipper.

Tap at Beergeek, thx TM! Very dark brown body, almost no head. Sour tart aroma, red grape and saliva notes. Raisiny taste, tart, raisins, funky urgh. Nice and not nice.

That's more like it. Crazy thick, dense, rich and intense. Nicely sour, with lots of red fruit, and some good sweetness hidden underneath. Oak aplenty, and delicious sherry flavours galore. A very well made and damn delicious beer.

Lecker!

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: lovely, very complex, some balsamic vinegar, red wine, wood notes, oxidized, dusty, port notes, Sherry, hint of vanilla. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle acidity, a hint of vinegar, alcohol, fruity, nice, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: sweet, more oxidized, red wine, wood notes, some alcohol burn, nice complexity, tastes like an amped up Flemish Red, bit dusty, more oxidized, tannins, acidic finish with a hint of vinegar.

Bottle. Color: Murk brown, no head. Aroma: Tart and sweet, red fruit notes and fruity grape / Sherry. Taste: Balanced mix of moderate tart and over moderate sweet, fruity Oloroso Sherry, grape notes, red fruit and caramel notes, hints of nuts. Over medium body to full body, sirupy, no carbonation. Yes, typical La Calavera. I'm still a fan of this brewery.
