Bottle. Just cloudy gold with a white head that fades. Aroma of apricots and their stones, doughy bread, hard spices, flowers. A little sweet with peach as well as apricot, marzipan, light spicy bitterness. An odd (but pleasant) fire damaged furniture note. Tasty, rustic.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, large white head. Aroma: Malty, Saison yeast. Taste: Malty, bit grainy. Light hints of stone fruit. Spicy yeasty notes. Some floral hopbitterness coming in towards the finish. Finishing with a nicely balanced and bit spicy mix of malt, yeast and hop. Moderate sweet, light hopbitterness going to moderate at the dry-ish finish. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation, Another great Belgian beer from this nice brewery.

Cork and caged 375ml bottle from Sophie's Beer Store: BBE of 2026. Drank at home on 23rd April 2023. I managed to keep all the sediment in the bottle and was rewarded by a clean and clear golden body, decent white crown on top too. Belgian farmyard aroma and taste with some sweetness in the mix. It's a lovely beer and a great start to a mini tasting I had with myself.

375ml bottle Chez Sophie. Pours a hazed golden yellow, large white head. Pleasant saison yeast aroma, nicely light, drinkable, moderately sweet character with light spice moments. Lovely blonde overall with impeccable balance.
