18.11.13 Bottled 330ml Saveur. Dark amber color, decent beige head, lace. Resiny hoppy nose with some fruits and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Front is very sweet and honeyish-fruity with lots of resiny hops. Finishing to the touch of licorice and alcohol. Decent brew. Finish is a bit short, even more aggressive hoppyness could work.

Bottle picked up from Fietje, Marseille, France, June 2013 consumed at home Sunday 13th October 2013 Pours brown (its described as a triple brown IPA) reasonably hoppy with a decent bitterness,. Some sour fruitiness at the edges. A little spicy, I wonder if the slight sourness I detect suggests that there us a slight infection as I don’t believe it is intentional, still it is not that obvious as to ruin this beer which is actually ok. Keg at La Fine Mousse, 10th September 2013, under alias, Triple Brune IPA. Took about 10 minutes to pour this, so lively, in the glass was a murky overly foamy liquid, looked like a fizzy snakebite and black. The aroma was ok, some liquorice, a little hop. Taste was liquorice, malt, yeast. The bar man gave this free, due to the wait, not sure if it was right. Could not finish

Bardzo dobre ziemne rubinowe piwo o wielkiej pianie. Piekna puszysta i zolta. Zapach orzechowo chmielny. W smaku karmelowy slod troche chmielu, nuta wanilli i orzech. Finisz slodkawo alkoholowy. Tresciwe i wyraziste mocne piwo w stylu belgijskim refermentujacym w butelce.

A dark brown IPA with a thick onctuous frothy mocha head. In aroma, grainy caramel malt with smooth herbaceous and piney hops, light citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, A nice smooth caramel malt with vinous notes, treacle, light musty notes, and smooth herbaceous hops, piney, a bit mouth numbing. Very nice. Bottle from Cave à Bulles, bought 1.5 years ago, BB 04-2012.
