Bottle at Drinkoteka, thx people! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Salty, funky aroma, some wild herbs. Sweetish, herbal, funky taste, yellow berries, light residual sweetness, fairly lean though. Nice overall, tasty!

On tap at Mikkeller Kiosk/Bar (Tokyo), pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is buggy and oaky, with lots of wild yeast, oak, and a very nice vinous dry-hopping character. Flavour is tart and buggy upfront, with moderate acidity, lots of oak, some white wine notes, and floral dry-hopping. Carefully constructed, with a good balance of hops and acidity. Not their most complex but certainly well-made.
