Sampled at the roost pours a clear dark gold with a ring of white head. Nose is sour, raw lemon and soursop, herbal, green grape. Big green grape flavor, lemon and neutral oak, light minerality. Tight, tannic, dry, medium full bodied. Medium acid.

Hazy golden colour with large head.Aroma of wood and tart fruit nice hint of fru white wine and champagne hint of barnyard and earth also nice dry and well balanced overall.

Tap. Sour funky aroma and taste, wooden barrel notes, light wine notes, medium sour. Medium body, funky sour woody finish. Good.

Really nice wild ale aroma with a great balance and smoothnes, but retaining the wildness and sourness , fruity, slightly grassy. Woody. Flavor is seriously sour with saison yeasty notes but more like a real sour ale. Very refreshing. The 7% alc. Is very well hidden. No nailpolish. Top of the shelf wild ale by my standards

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.11.2036) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese trübe hellgelbe Ale kommt mit kräftiger Schaumbildung und recht aktiver Hefe daher. Die Citrus-Aromen erinnern an natürlichen Aromen einer Berliner Weiße ohne Früchte. Der Säuregehalt ist eher leicht. Der Körper ist recht robust und trägt die Aromen sehr gut. Schönes Ale!

Bottle shared at home. Opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is sweetish straw, grains, pale malts, barnyard and light funk. Taste is sweetish upfront, malty, straw and hay come through, a bit earthy, funky, estery, with a dry, somewhat bitter finish. Light bodied with sub-average carbonation.

Murky orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is funk, pissy citric rinds, damp straw, herb.
Taste comprises sharp citric, lemon rind, barnyard, funk, vinous, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise.
Decent sour.

Sour and tart, stone fruit and lemongrass, wet woollen sock funk, some acidity. Fairly smooth, rustic, nice.
