Blend 2. yellow murky color, rather big white head. smells funky, lime, light herbs, spices, hay, some stone fruits. nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, lime, hints of berry notes, bit sirupy, herbal, bit lactic, hay, some ripe fruits, peaches. finishes bit dry, bit sweet with notes of lime, bit herbal and some sugary notes. good stuff, feels more heavy then 6% (probably sugar). Very nice one.

Bright tart mildly citrus acetic. Nice mild funk from the barrels

Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, barnyard, funky, grapes - fruit, barrel, balanced, easy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220205]

Lovely stuff. White wine, tart grape fruitiness, nice sourness. Bit cheesy. Magnificent.
