Can. Pours black with almost no head at all, thick and luscious. Full-bodied, thick and almost oily mouth feel. Flavour is very sweet, not boozy despite the abv, rich and chocolatey with a nice blueberry note and lots of maple in the finish. Nice sipper in small quantities.

Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, bordós árnyalatú fekete szín. Csokis, kakaós, áfonyás, aszalt gyümölcsös, juharszirupos illat. Ízében a juharszirup a legmarkánsabb, mellette kávé aszalt gyümölcsök, áfonya, fekete csoki aromája érezhető. Testes, édes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Jól összerakott, kellemes sör.

Can at NYE Weekend. Jet black colour with a tan head. Roasted malty sweet and berry. Full body.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, quite a lot of ripe banana, malty, caramel touch, maple syrup. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, spicy, sugary, gentle roast, bitter, some vanilla, good stuff! Aftertaste: sugary, lots of alcohol, a bit sourish, fruity, blueberry jam, a bit oxidized. Nice, but not getting a lot of that maple syrup.

Aus der Dose (bbe 11.2023) im 2022-02 getrunken. Diese Stout hat eine braune, feinporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase fällt neben dem Schokoladenaroma das sehr gut balancierte Blaubeeraroma auf. Am Gaumen werden die bitteren Röstaromen von den Ahorn-Sirup wunderbar ausbalanciert. Die Kombination aus Blaubeer-Frucht und Schokolade ist hier hervoragend gelungen.
